Angelina Jolie honoured in Sarajevo film festival

Angelina Jolie was moved to tears when she was honored at Bosnia’s Sarajevo Film Festival on Saturday for her acting and “active engagement in the complexities of the real world”.
The Tomb Raider star, whose directorial debut is set in Bosnia’s 1992 to 1995 war, received a standing ovation as she was handed the Heart of Sarajevo trophy.
Jolie said “I told Brad in the car I was afraid I was going to cry”.
Jolie filmed a number of scenes from her drama in Bosnia and visited the country several times last year in her role as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations’ refugee agency.
The movie, ‘In the Land of Blood and Honey’ is set for release in December this year.
