by Yureni Noshika

We all like to be healthy and fit. We spend our valuable time and money doing many things in search of physical fitness, namely workout sessions, consuming nutritious food and involving in beauty culture activities.
Physical fitness, nutrition, beauty culture and good lifestyles can all be discussed under one topic.Wellness. Wellness means living healthier, longer and having more energy to show how good you feel from within.
Moreover, it is feeling good about yourself so that you can feel good with others. Wellness means having a healthy diet, a positive mental approach, a rich social life and a stimulating but unstressful job. Knowing how to breathe properly, sleeping well, thinking productively and having self-esteem are all important. Wellness is achieving and maintaining good health and good physical fitness. Therefore, wellness is a condition of a good lifestyle which integrates all these factors related to our lifestyles.
Regardless of the gender, males and females show an interest on beauty culture to be attractive and to maintain a good personality nowadays.
The existence of thousands of beauty culture academies, beauty culture diploma courses, beauty culture products and hundreds of related services which are available in the market today shows this new trend.
When we look at these from a wellness point of view, it is clear that all these focus on external beauty and not ‘Internal Beauty’.
Although overseen, internal beauty is a part of good health and fitness, but one can question how to achieve internal beauty from a wellness perspective? The simplest answer is do regular physical fitness activities and have a nutritionally balanced diet while managing stress. Physical activity helps clean your body by eliminating waste products efficiently and delivers adequate amounts of oxygen and nutrients to the all tissues of the body.
Consider this example, your beauty will show on your face and through your physique when you are physically fit.
Your skin will get good nourishment to make it healthier and look better. When you do physical exercises, your muscles get toned and it helps you get rid of excess body fat and prevents skin wrinkles.
So, if you really need to look better and feel better, you must get involved in regular fitness workouts while having your other beauty culture activities such as shampooing your hair, straightening it, do a pedicure, manicure, a facial and many other things.
Physical exercise helps you to absorb nutrients to the body very effectively and efficiently. For example, drinking high calcium milk powder is good but if you do strengthening exercises it increases the calcium absorption by the bones and increases your bone mineral density which helps prevent Osteoporosis effectively.
External beauty is important for a successful lifestyle but internal beauty is as important. What is the purpose of having a decorated layer of icing on top of an expired cake?
